FM Spokesman Denies Human Rights Resolution Abuse

TEHRAN Foreign Ministry Spokesman Hamid Reza Assefi on Tuesday strongly rejected the resolution on human rights status in Iran adopted by the UN General Assembly in its Monday meeting. Some 120 countries did not support the resolution which shows that it is based on fictitious figures. He also condemned the attempts of some countries to take advantage of international organizations.
